For a limited time period DACO offers free standard shipping (3-5 business days) for all US orders on DACO branded products. An order can take up to 24 hours to ship from the time of purchase. Currently, we are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

We have a 30-day return policy window. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.   • Expedited Shipping: $6.95

We ship only to the Continental USA excluding the United States Minor Outlying Islands and the State of Hawaii.

Return policy

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:

  1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

  2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    • Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery

  3. Exchange: DACO will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via: support@dacostore.com

  4. Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at dacostore.com at checkout.

Items not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.
