For all the DACO© branded products, we offer the following shipping methods:

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0.00
  • Expedited Shipping: $6.95
  • Priority Shipping: $13.99

Free Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Priority shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Return policy

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:

  1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

  2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    • Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery

  3. Exchange: DACO will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

  • Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.
